installed 454t

Installed the 454T module and still not running right had it going but no ac then tried different acc wire from key switch and worked better but no ac

I know this is a dumb question but did you check the fuse for the a/c

yeh thats what the ole man said checked and good
whats weird is it works with the key and all
just messed with it again now the unit recognizes tach mode but just turns on ignition and the clicks off and tries again then on third time it goes to voltage mode

Hmm so your remote starter isnt even starting your truck? Also for the a/c that should be your accessory wire on the starter harness that is wired correctly?

According to this diagram there is two accessory wires so one of those two has to be the ac/heat wire.

12volts
blue/red (x2)(common 20A)
+
ignition harness


Starter blue/white + ignition harness
Second Starter N/A
Ignition white/orange + ignition harness
Second Ignition N/A
Third Ignition N/A
Accessory brown/yellow + ignition harness
Second Accessory purple/green + ignition harness
Keysense blue/lt. gray + ignition harness
Power Lock blue/lt. green - driver kick, door harness
Power Unlock yellow/purple - driver kick, door harness
Lock Motor
Unlock Motor purple/gray 5wi driver kick, door harness
Parking Lights+ purple/white + SJB, conn. D, pin 20
Parking Lights- gray - headlight switch
Hazards
Turn Signal(L)
Turn Signal(R)
Reverse Light green/brown + harness to rear
Door Trigger see notes - each kick or SJB, conn. C
Dome Supervision yellow/gray + SJB, conn. A
Trunk/Hatch Pin
Hood Pin
Trunk/Hatch Release
Power Sliding Door
Factory Alarm Arm
Factory Alarm Disarm
Disarm No Unlock
Tachometer blue/white ac PCM or Customer Access Point
Wait to start see DirectFax document 1091
Brake Wire purple/white + brake pedal switch
Parking Brake white/purple - switch or SJB, conn. C, pin 1
Horn Trigger yellow/red - horn switch
Memory Seat 1 purple/white - driver kick, door harness
Memory Seat 2 yellow - driver kick, door harness

Oh and on my 02 the heat a/c was the second accessory wire which is tied into the accessory wire on the remote starter. Not sure if the 6.4 would be the second or not but seems that it would.
