E series or Excursion??

So im debating on what to buy next... i loved me excursion but it was just too damn big. so i have been debating on if i should get a E series van and do a 4wd conversion on it... i havent seen many of them on here or on other forums.

now the hard part is im having trouble finding a e series with a 7.3L with the options i want.. most seem to just be a cargo van.

overall by the time i do the 4wd conversion and a lift, tires ect... i will be around the price of what i can buy a 4wd diesel excursion....

so what do you guys think?

-Raul

Is the e series that much smaller than the ex?

Just wondering. Could just get an ex with a smaller lift?

Stick with the Ex!!!

I absolutely HATE vans. I often ride to and from work in them and recently I rode in the 3rd row in the back of a brand new E series, and it was horrible. Then there are the normal van related service issues.....
If you really need a project put some King coil-overs under your Ex.
Just my slightly biased un-humble opinion.
