Need help 1995 PSD

So I am new to the diesel world and just bought a 1995 F350 singlecab PSD with about 170,000 miles. Its got the 5-speed and its 4x4. I want to get all my fluids drained and re-serviced back up so I have a baseline to work with. So right now im planning on changing the oil and filter, the tranny fluid, t-case fluid, and diff fluids. Im thinking about getting the fuel and intake filters changed too. Is there anything else on these trucks that begins to be an issue around this amount of mileage that I should be looking for? Also, I have no column gauges, like oil press and all that stuff, just the stock ones on the dash. What guages do I need up there to better monitor the truck, and how much will it run me to have gauges installed and wired up on the right windsheild column? in advance I appreciate any advice you guys can give me as this is my first diesel and need all the help I can get. Thanks! Also, can anyone explain oil additives I should be using?

Glow plugs, fuel bowl lines, get a Tymar intake and a exhaust kit. Guages Isspro..very good quality and a good match for our dash. You can do the guage install..takes 3 hours to do a nice clean install. You don't need any oil additives..use Shell dino or syn.
