Anyone order from DDM tuning recently?

I finally had some cash to order my HID lights, I had been planning on DDM's "Raptor Hi/Lo" 55w HID kit.

Well, as of yesterday.... looks like they only sell one kit now, and only in 35w.

Anyone else order a 55w lately?

I am going to call them monday.... I dont really care which HID kit I get..... But if I am going to spend the money I want a 55w kit.

Anyone else know of any GOOD kits that arent killer expensive? I am NOT paying $150+ for lights.

huh. i had to pull it up and yep, 35w is the only option.


thats sucks cause i was gonna get 55w for my head lights. i have the ddm 35w in my fogs already.

I'm gonna call monday...just curious if anyone else had already run into this.

I was going to do 55w 6000K hi/lo headlights, and 35w 8000K Fogs.

I really wanted to get them from DDM, they have a great reputation, and lifetime warranty. Looks like I need to find another source for the 55w's.

I was just looking at this one HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning 15 min ago, and saw there was only 35W... Will that kit fit my 2000? and if so what bulb type do I need? Sorry to Hijack. And post up what they say when you call em on monday. Thanks

If you have the same light harness I have, its a 9007.

Go to Sylvania and check, that have a pretty good library.

Like I said, I am going to call Monday, and I will def. post up afterwords.

VVME.com has inexpensive lights I've had a kit from them for about 2 years now without any issue. On a side note a 55 watt is a joke cause it's not really that much brighter than the 35 watt plus the 55 watt runs hotter. If you want the brightest lights get the 4300 cause there the closest color to the sun. The highest I would go is the 6k and anything after that the light out put gets lower and lower.

55w is significantly brighter than 35w.

I have a 55w 6000k on my bike right now and couldn't be happier with it.

why do you want purple lights as your fog lights? the warmer the light output the better light...in the fogs i would have max 4300k (prefer 3,000k, yellow)

6,000k max in the headlights
