Illinois No emissions

I was going to buy the turbo back exhaust stack but I read on the internet that Diesels dont get emissions tested in Illinois so i was like KIKAZZ im buying it. im also pretty close to the 54inch headlight lift law but its cool. im starting to sag in the front anyway

a guy I work with lives in illannoy and he was saying that emissions testing for diesels is coming soon but that's hopefully just a rumor.I like it here in missouri anything 8600# gvw and up has no emissions testing. As clean as diesels are I'd be willing to bet you could pass with a straight pipe and a tuner if ever they start testing.Did you move east? your location says AZ

Your in the Military aren't you Lifewitlooie, if you are then you can keep arizona as your residency. You won't have to worry about lift laws or Emmissions if Arizona does not have emissions or lift laws. Because you can keep your truck registered in Arizona.
