hey guys i found a truck off of craigslist its a 1997 4x4 crew cab 7.3 only 114000 miles on it and in great shape no problems or rust...the person said they have recently moved to canada and need to sell it they said the title is still in their US address. they said they want to go through the ebay buyers program so we would both be safe. they said they would pay to ship it to me and if i dont like it or it isnt as decrribed they will pay to ship back...they are only asking 4,700 i though that was a GREAT buy...but is it to good to be true? what do you guys think...will paypal protect me if i use it or this ebay buyers program? thanks guys
