Mobil 1 or Rotella Synthetic?
I have a 06 and an 00 F250 and trying to decide if I want to use Mobil 1 or Rotella. Both being synthetic fluids. What are everybodys pro's and cons on the two oils? Thanks

Ive used both 5w40 Mobil 1 and 5w40 Rotella T6 in my 2005 and I noticed a definite better cold start in the winter with the Rotella and the truck just felt like it ran a little better when it was cold with the Rotella T6 so that is what I choose to run in my truck.

I'm running the Rotella 5w-40 and like it a lot. Truck starts easy even when in the single digits and it warms up quicker then it did with dino oil.

Rotella T6 is petroleum based. So technically it is not a full synthetic.

So which oils are full synthetic?

I saw motorcraft has an oil out for the powerstrokes. Is it any good. I have put rotella in so far, but hte motorcraft is nice because it is in 5 qt containers...makes it a little easier to get the 15 qts.
