Flushing the coolant????
Hey guys I had a bunch of oil in my coolant due to the oil cooler and egr cooler messing up. Now my question is What is the best way to flush the coolant system? I need to know ASAP because I have to drive the truck to work monday.

Not sure about the best way on the 6.0 but i will give this a bump for ya man

does anybody have any ideas I'm down to adding the coolant but I would really like to flush it first or something I know somebody on here has an idea or has read something somewhere.

Ford uses Part #VC-1 "Motorcraft Premium Cooling System Flush" to flush the cooling system when serving it.
Ive never done it myself on my diesel. Hope this helps |

Go see "Gooch"
Don't want to hurt feelings here or step on toes but in the interest of helping out a fellow "stroker", I would visit Dieselstop.com and check out "gooch's" how to concerning the coolant flush. Nothing wrong with learning, regardless of where it comes from. Hope it helps, Rainman (Bill R.)
