2011 Explorer got hit already but its good news.

Ok guys we took the Explorer in for a detail job on Tuesday. Needless to say while it was there someone decided to side swipe it a little. Well they scratch the back bumper and cracked the lens really good. After going through the General Manager they are deciding to help us. So this time we are ordering one. We could've just went through our insurance but the GM wanted to take care of it because it was less then a week old.

I will keep you updated but this time we will have a couple more features that we wanted but they didn't have.

Wow, so you are getting a completely new Explorer out of the deal? That is excellent customer service, kudos to your GM!

Yes we are and giving it to us under invoice. I think after they sell it to us they are only making $500 or so. And I think the salesman gets like $250-$300 out of that.
