Well I Have done a a 4" tb aeroturbine exhaust and it did not lower my egts. So i was told to get rid of my Cat. Did that still didnt lower my Egts. Today I did the zoodad, again no luck. Factory intake but that shouldnt matter. Im thinking turbo problems but I dunno what to you guys think?

you should definately have lower EGT's with all that over stock... I don't know what the problem could be, but I'll give you a free bump!!!

850-900 cruising at 70-75. And 1300-1400 if i get on it and stay on it

whats your avg temp runing down the hwy? My 04 @ 70 on a flat serface stays around 600. K&N intake w/upgraded sensor, 4" straight pipes, bully dog w/outlook, head stud kit, boost control mod, and ATS tranny and tc

i tow on occasion but not usually just the 8000# boat to the lake once in a while. Chip is on stage 3. Yes pre turbo. and boost can get up to 30 maybe a hair more. no driveability problems.

at 30psi of boost...with a 4 inch exhaust.....pre turbo EGT's could maybe be lowered a touch with an intake, bit at that point its all about the chip......
In saying that.....1300 for a few seconds of getting on it isnt anything to worry about...800 is fine going down the road (even 1000)....so im not sure you have much of a problem and you arent gonna be able to do that much about it without an intake and maybe going to water injection... |

sounds to me like your chip is just dumping too much fuel for the mods to have affected it. Fuel basically is EGT....the more fuel the hotter the temps...any unburnt fuel escalates it even more..
