exhaust manifold pressure guage?

ok on this peterbuilt im getting my air horns and exhaust from which shooouuullld be done this week lol (lot of custom work i have to do to the t pipe and other pieces. only working on it an hour a day in AG ). there is a guage that says exhaust manifold pressure now is this a boost gauge or will it work as a boost gauge. it goes up to 45 psi. and i doubt ill ever make it past that.

It is just a pressure gauge, but exhaust manifold pressure does not equal boost, since that would be on the intake side.
