help

I am buying my first diesel. a 95 f-250 powerstroke 4x4 extended cab with 131000 miles for 8500.00. it is a pretty clean truck. I was just wondering if this was a decent price and was looking for suggestions on performance up grades.. Thanks!!

Sounds like a fair price. If you don't know its history you might want to run a
car fax on it. With that you can tell at least where its be registered. If everything works and its be well maintained would most likely be a good deal. I'm real partial to that body style.

seems like a good price, find out the maintance records if possible. as far as uprades, i would put a few miles on the truck to see what you got. you may have to stick a few bucks in it, as with any older vech. also with upgrades it depends what you want the truck to be able to do, gonna tow with it, drag it, four wheel it, ect....

I have the exact same truck except mine had 182,000 on it and I paid 10,900 for it 3 months ago so if this one is in good shape and mechanically sound I would say that is a screaming deal.
