door actuaters

Ok guys need some help my door lock actuaters are not working if they set over night some work once and some don't can I get some help on fixing them as cheap as possible I would rather spend my money on adds not repairs help please.

i searched the forum database and found this for ya.....


on the door locks......yea, your door lock actuators are weak.....and it is common for them to go all at the same time, since they all cycle every time you hit lock or unlock on the door switch...and every time you hit the key fob.....even if the door was already in the postion that you wanted it in.........you will have to replace them all for all the doors to work...replacing one will not help the other ones..........Marc

if they are "trying to work" but not working or work once...and then wont work again for a while...they need to be replaced......and you will need to do some research...i did extensive research and could not find any aftermarket.....which means they will be pretty expencive to replace as a dealer only item...look on ebay and see if you can find them aftermarket..and if you do let us know...as far as the repair procedure.....after you have the actuators....let me know and ill give ya a hand......Marc
