Map Sensor

Hi everybody this is my first post.I have a 2000 F350 7.3l and was wondering if anybody has ever had to replace the map sensor.I think that i am having a fuel delivery problem the only time that the truck has any get up and go is when i put it to the boards and it down shifts.I put it on a obd2 and it said at full throttle that i was only getting 3.8mv and i think that it is supossed to be at 5mv.
ps truck is stock except k&n drop in filter.

Thanks

welcome to the addiction! What is that converted to psi...i don't have my truck here to compare it with as far as milivolts go. Also may not be your map sensor could be that your wastegate is stuck open...try moving the actuator rod. if it doesn't move then its stuck...shoot it up with some WD40 and try that...so the cheap and easy fixes first then go into your wallet.
