Last pics before the makeover!!

Well, just detailed the stroke after a MONTH of not being washed, vacc'd or cleaned at all for that matter. Been too busy, so I have been neglecting the looks of it.

Spent about 4hrs cleaning it yesterday, vacuuming it, armor alled the inside, conditioned the seats, pressure washing the underside, etc.

I started collecting parts for the makeover, I'm going 100% satin black (semi flat with a tiny bit of shine, just like an XD rockstar wheel), all bumpers, the grille, getting harley headlights, and building some n-fab style stepsthat will also be satin black, and HOPEFULLY if the wife approves, an 08 tailgate and rear bumper, smoked taillights.

This will look very good.

Why does the back sit so much lower then the front.

Its gonna look sweet. Im in the process of building me a set of "N-fabs" right now. I cant wait to see the finished pics.

I like the bulldog look of the superduties but i tow to often to have my truck like that.

I like the stance, I have been thinking about black wheels. Those would look great on mine!

Because that's how I roll

no but seriously, I love a bulldogged truck, mine is a little too much for my taste, but i'm doing a shackle flip in the rear once I put my other front shackles on anyway, so I haven't bothered to change it. The truck will be at 9" front, and 8" rear when i'm done with all the shackles.

Also, here's 2 of the colors I'm torn between, although I'm starting to have second thoughts now after talking with the painter. The truck, in either of these colors with all black everything would look amazing with the rockstars I think. I'm leaning towards number 1 if I decide to do a flat or matte paintjob though.

1. Matte Black

2. Flat black

I may be forced into gloss black (which would still look good, just wouldn't have the "different" factor to it), after he told me this:
the surface will need to be 110% perfect or it will show every flaw, the clear cannot be wet sanded after to remove trash/orange peal or it will shine. If you get a scratch down the road, sorry no buffing it out.And if you wax the matte clear alot it will start to shine.IMO it's not a paint for a DD. for a garage queen,no problem, but for a car/truck that see's all the elements, imo,is a waste of time and money.
