Need Help

Okay so i got 2002 7.3 and in the morning when its cold that flap closes and sounds like a jet to make it warm up faster it there a away to put that on a switch because sometimes my truck is well warmed up and it stays on and when its still cold it kicks off.

yep you can put a switch on it thats what I did, just cut the wires at the EBPV and run one to a ground and the other to switched power

Thats on the front of the motor right? and how you like that 6 speed i am getting ready to put one in my truck just got to get a clutch.
