6.4 or 6.7...Hmmm

Well, I'm seriously thinking of trading the good old 6.0 off and buying a new truck (toy). The local dealer has a sweet black on black 2010 CC/SB 4x4 that started the itch.

But on the other hand we are pretty close to the 6.7 release, so I'm torn between buying now or waiting. I want to be the first gent on the block to have the 6.7 but then again the new 6.7 scares me a little as it would be unknown.

Decisions, Decisions....whats a guy supposed to do

I just got a 2010 F350 Lariat 4x4, SRW long bed. Picked it up last night. I love it and got a great deal. I traded in my 06 F250 6.0. They are dealing now due to the economy and year end.

Yeah, they seemed pretty excited to make a deal. I'll probably head back over tomorrow and see what we can do as far as pricing.

I'm not really a fan of the '11 trucks, but I'd gladly take an ugly truck with a kicka$$ engine over a prettier truck anyday. That being said, I'd wait until the 6.7 'Stroker comes out and see what they're like. The 1st engines are likely to have issues, like all engines do, but it may be a failure, who knows.

Also, do you mind urea injection? I just remembered the new engine will need that, which would certainly steer ME away from it.

Most of us on here will be deleting all the emission stuff anyways so urea isn't an issue haha

If the 6.7 is all it's put up to be....it could be a square box with one seat and I'd still get one lol

The Urea deal is what pushed me away from them. i think they are a nice truck, but i dont want to have an added cost of filling up another tank.

Supposedly Spartan is already working on tuning for them and will be available by the time you pick your truck up....
