Four wheel Drive and wiring harness hanger.

I had an engine put in my truck in Florida and a new harness as well. Since I've made it home I've discovered that the mechanic that put the engine in stuffed the harness and all the bumper stuff underneath and didn't put any of the hangers back in the holes. They tore up my firewall harness hanger it's plastic and I don't know what it's called. My four wheel drive does not work and did before they put the engine in?? No light come on, on the four on the fly. Fuse checked out ok, and everything looks plugged in. Help. Thanks Junior
