Opinions?
I live in Colorado and have life time oil changes through the dealership and some extended warranty left. I recently had a cat delete fabed up that i can take on and off. I only have to get the emissions checked every 2 years. So my question is, should i worry about switching the cat delete out when i take it in for an oil change? I have only had 1 oil change done by them since i bought the truck and don't know them too will yet. I would hope the tech wouldn't say $h** about it, but i'm not sure. Any opinions?

Depends on the dealership. Some will make a big deal about it and some won't. Even though it is only an oil change, the work is being performed by the same guys who work on your truck...

That was my thought as well. I don't want them deciding to be jerks about it and then trying to void my warranty. Maybe i will just give it a shot with the delete on and see what happens. I can always make up some bs about the cat messin up and needed a quick temporary fix.
