7.3 diesel oil cooler

My oil cooler was leaking oil that was my problem, After replacing the O rings refilling with new oil and new anti freeze, I turned the motor over severl times to check oil pressure (ok). Started the truck for only two minutes to check for leaks (I have none), the problem I now have is my oil is milky. Could i have the cylinder lined up wrong with the holes in the aluminum ends that attach to the block. I dout the inside of the oil cololer cylinder went bad over night also I never let the truck warm up to open the thermostat. before the change everything was fine other then oil leaking....Any help
