Radar detector mount

I just had a great idea (At least I thought it was). I got tired of my radar detector falling off the windshield because of the crappy suction cups. I'd seen some mounts that mount it to the rearview mirror. But, they were $50-$60 Well, I was in Autozone today and just happened to walk past the battery terminal section. I looked up and saw the regular top post battery terminals. Then, I saw one that was adjustable. The brand was Lynx and it's called a quick-clamp terminal. It was $6.

I bought it and brought it home and here's the final result

It's not the prettiest thing in the world but it's hidden behind the mirror and behind the tint on the windshield. I thought it turned out good for 1/10th the cost of the ones I had seen

Early 99 F250 with a bunch of extra junk...
