Dealer recommendations?
Greetings from Australia -
 First post on the forum!I will be coming to the U.S. in the New Year looking to buy a F-250 or F-350 with 7.3 PSD to do some travelling (MY 2001, 2002 or 2003). Will be based in the Sacramento/San Francisco area and would appreciate any advice from Members on recommendations where might be a good place to find a suitable vehicle.  Thanx in advance. Norman
