Right-Side Injectors Dead!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The problem started with the SES light coming on (at start up) and the engine idle sounding kind of funny, but truck ran fine for about 3 miles then it just died. Restarted fine, light still on, and drove another couple miles. Then while driving the SES light started to flick on and off a couple of times and then flicked off. At the same time I could tell there was a loss of power. Drove about 7 more miles and the truck had lost a significant amount of power.
After changing the CPS and checking other things I realized that the engine was only running on 4 cylinders; the left side only.
Found the UVCH had come unplugged on the right-side cylinder head, plugged it back in, however that didn't fix the problem. I have since changed the valve cover gasket and the UVCH wire harness but that didn't fix the problem. I have closely inspected the engine wire harness and don't see any obvious damage to the outside valve cover electrical plug.
I hope the Injector Controller Module hasn't gone out.
I have checked for diagnostic codes but get nothing.
Is there anything else I should check before spending close to $500 on a ICM.
Please Help!
