If you want a work horse get a 7.3 then if your looking for speed id say the 6.0 or 6.4

If all you are looking for is our opinion on what truck to get I say Ford.
The only thing Dodge has going for it is the engine. I cant stand anything about chevy duramaxes. I do maintenance on both Chevy's and the Dodges and out of the two I would go with Dodge but still take a Ford over it.
