EGR Cooler Delete Kit

How many folks have done this.....is it still a problem with the 06 models running a EGR cooler....or did Ford fix most of it's issues

Should I look into a delete kit....and just by pass the thing....I still have a year left on my Diesel warranty,,,,prob best to wait until it expires...what's your thoughts on this

I have also seen some after market coolers.....Like bulletproof cooler that claims is a fix for these..

i would wait for warrenty to expire then delete the whole thing! (cooler, valve, uppipe)

Wait until your warranty expires. If the EGR cooler ruptures under warranty it's on Ford's nickle, not yours.

It is a fix. More and more Ford dealers are selling our products because they know it's a fix.
