Are there any diferences in the 94-2002 7.3

I asked this last night in chat.

The superduty is going to have bigger injectors, bigger HPOP, and a different turbo. Probably some other stuff too. Like they have different plastic crap, lol.

Austin is correct for the most part.

94-97 nothing changed had a mechanical fuel pump. 98-early 99 used same block and turbo as OBS, slightly larger injectors and an electric fuel system also got an intercooler.

Late 99-2000 different turbo and injectors.

94-late 2000 also had forged rods.

2001 up went to powdered metal rods otherwise essentially the same as the 2000 up engine

This is just for the T444E, not sure what else they changed on the "Power stroke" that could make some more HP.

Power was increased in 1999 to 235 hp at 2600 rpm and 500 ft lb of torque at 1600 rpm.

Thats on the T444E with a manual trans Austin. Ford uses different programming

I think i saw 250hp 525 torque somewhere?
