6.4 vs 6.0 Need help deciding

I'm in the market to upgrade my tow vehicle to a ford super duty. The one stuggle I have is choosing a engine. I like both body styles but I am somewhat lost after reading the forums here as they talk about issues with both motors and could really use some guidance. In my sights right now I see a 2008 6.4 350 and a 2007 6.0 350 and i'm not sure which way to go for longeveity.

My towing consists of a 7000lb travel trailer mostly on flat ground but we do some mountain pulling (once or twice a year) in WV for camping trips.

Any thoughts would be appericiated

I would say the 6.4. From what I have read, the 6.0 motors were hit and miss on getting a good one. JMHO
