To paint or not to paint?

Well im ready to fix my rust and have been debating on if I want to paint my bumpers black to match..as of now I think I want to but I just want some outside opinions..I have no intentions on runnig black wheels either....yes or no thanks

i just got done fixing my rust issues on my 03 i herculined the rockers and the bumpers herculiner works great and it is easy to apply.
