diesel coming out ?

question- on a 2000 f350 on the passenger side over by the wheel well where u can see the motor there is a tube that is open , where diesel drips is that normal? also what tube is it also how much should be coming out drips or what need more info on this bc i think its dripping out not normal? tks

Its not normal there are some O rings on the back of your fuel filter housing that are bad. Its a ez fix.
