Post your Miles?Mods?Repairs?
Just curious to see: what ya got, miles, stock/tuned, major repairs, mileage, what ya do with it?
mine: 05 F350 4x4, 113k 4800 eng hours,owned since 84k. tuned at 95k, new trans & FICM at 98k, HGs at 110k, replaced both rear wheel seals, RF u-joint, front hub seals, front hub 4x4 vacuum actuator, usual maintenance. daily driver, haul the toys on weekends, race, pull, plow snow.. I have waaaaaaaay too many repairs to list. thats why Im selling the truck
But here it goes, hopefully I get them all. 95 with 155k on it, used for work and daily driver mods are intake, exhaust, injectors, turbo, chip, built trans, HPOP, intercooler, etc. blown two transmissions (one due to mods), blown turbo, rotors, pads, caliper, drums, hubs, ball joints, tie rods, oil pan, pedistal o rings, injector o rings, injector cups, CPS, centering pins on axles sheared, IPR, oil pressure switch, both tanks rusted out and sending units replaced, rear leaf spring hangers rusted out, batteries, head studs, rear main seal, VC gaskets, glow plugs, lotsa o rings, hole in the radiator, two starters, windshield wiper arms, thats all I can think of at the moment, a lot of other stuff has been replaced on the truck but that was cause I wanted to Last edited by Matt P; 10-06-2009 at 08:36 PM. |

this could get interesting. i have broke so many things its hard to keep track. blown tranny, hydrolocked engine, destroyed injectors.
mine is an 03 with just about 83k on it. just use it for fun. not my daily driver. mods are intake exhaust, fuel system, injectors, sct, suncoast tranny and a few other odds and ends |

05 Bought new. At 5K had all window seals replaced. A/C vacuum lines replaced at 12K and 23K. 3rd brake light and tail light bulbs at 20K. Tranny rebuilt at 34K. Turbo around 18K. Batteries at 18K. Tranny replaced at 56K. EGR cooler at 62K. Studs at 62k. Reman engine at 67K. Sold it at 72K. Had PPE on it from 20K to 26K and SCT from 63K to 67K.
02 bought used with 51K and previous owner had 2 TPS, Oil cross over line, and degass bottle. Since I've had it I've had the driveshaft rebuilt, new brakes, new wheels and tires, overhead console, and has 68K miles now. Never tuned. Last edited by 2005F250; 10-06-2009 at 08:34 PM. |

2004 bought with 59k now has 90k, sct tuned at about 65k. egr and isp sensor

1988 F250 460 5 speed with I think 158K miles. Broken firewall, 3 clutches, fuel pump issues, A/C gone out then updated, rearend rebuilt, then 14 years later broke ring gear in rearend and replaced the rearend because of something, 1 master cylinder, rebuilt driveshaft, starter, window regulator, headgaskets because someone tried to fix the exhaust leak and broke the bolts off in the heads when taking the manifolds off and had to get them lasered out, and inertia switch, heater core. Pretty good for a 22 year young truck.

Truck in sig.... Bought new,Made it 60k miles before HGs.... cracked up pipe at 77k.... That is it for repairs... All maintenence done by me.. Drove very hard by ME!! Its been race tuned since 3k miles
