Fuel Tank?

Guys as most of you know my truck is a regular cab long bed. Should this come factory with a 38 gallon tank? I dont think my tank has ever taken over like 25 gallons. What was the smallest tank size offered? My truck is a 2000 f250. Thanks alot guys

when you hit the 25 gallon mark, is that where the nozzle shuts off or do stand there and continue to put fuel in till it is visible in the filler neck? if you just fill till the nozzle kicks off, you arent getting full because the newer diesel formulation foams really bad and the foam is kicking off the nozzle. A lot of people do the "Harpoon mod" to alleviate that issue.
