a very bad experiance :(

so my truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks now just got it out today. i have a dino fuel vegistroke and was getting it installed by a local place they said it was only gunna take 4-5 days. and quoted me for $1,800, than when i brought it in he said 2200 i told him i wasnt gunna pay more than 1900. he said ok. 2 weeks later he called saying its mostly in but he needs another 300 to finish it all up i tell him no and ask what took so long, he said that the instructions were different for the truck and he could never get ahold of them every time he called and he said that everytime he emailed them he would never get a email back. well i finally get it back and it turns out he did finish it he is just so stupid he didnt know it, but im leaking diesel so i have to bring it back in. and my batteries are dead. i know they are old but i have never had a problem with them so now i have dead batteries and a truck leaking diesel. im pissed but what can i do? do they have to buy me new batteries?
