i've got a set of stock 8 hole 17" aluminum wheels to replace my 17" chrome wheels. I'm going to put my Michelins on the aluminum wheels. then i got a set of 275/55R17 Bridgestone dualers to put on the steel wheels and use when i go to the drag strip (or some of the sandy trails around here) they are about 1.5 inches shorter then the stock sized (265/75R17) but dang near 1 inch wider so they will work for drag racing and for better floatation on the sandy dirt we have around here. the bridgstones are used with like 70% tread left and i got the set for 50 bucks (plus helping the guy move a couch- penalty to having a 8' bed) any way i hope that the shorter diameter will help the 60' time at the strip
