New Diesel Owner, Fluid?

So what brand/weight fluid does everyone run. I'm not looking for synthetics just the good dino stuff. Motor oil, auto trans. fluid, transfer case fluid, front & rear diff fluid, power steering fluid, and even coolant. Like I said, I am new to the diesel world and just bought a truck with 162K on the clock and want it to last for a while. I do not know the service history on the truck and will be starting from scratch.

I live in KY and I'm concerned about what weight motor oil to use in the summer and winter. The highs are usually around 95-100* on the hotest summer days and the lows are in the 5-10* range on the coldest winter days. Thanks for all the input guys.

use the factory recommended oils on all of them.. i use rotella for engine oil.. and with every fill up i use power services diesel supplement... just be sure to change oil every 3-5k and use only motorcraft filters...on everything!!!
