Super Duty 7.3 in an OBS, what should I swap?

I have a '97 F350 PSD with major engine probs. #1 piston blew apart. I found a '00 7.3 engine with shot turbo bearings minus injectors for $600 with 177k mi. What should I swap from my '97 to the '00 block? I was told the blocks and heads are the same? Today I removed the plug in the valley of the '00 to expose the camshaft for my '97 lift pump and found that there is no lobe on the '00 camshaft. Should I swap camshafts or put the plug back in and run an electric pump?

And how about the valves? The Super Dutys have bigger injectors so I'm thinking the valves may have been bigger too? Will the '00 run ok with '97 injectors?

And in case anyone is wondering why I just don't rebuild the '97, well the rebuild kits are at least $1000 and the #1 cylinder is scored pretty bad from the wrist pin. May be able to have it sleeved but not sure if thats a good idea.

Just swap the complete motor over.
