besides obvious exhaust related things, you need room for the intercooler and everything up front, PCM and all the wiring, simply mounting the engine. Your big problems are going to be, is the trans up to par for that engine? and that engine is HEAVY, something like 1100lbs dry, and add whatever the weight of 9 gallons of coolant/water and almost 4 gallons of oil, etc. So you MIGHT need some suspension upgrades. Don't forget fuel tank and lines and all that.
If it were me I would completely gut the 93 and use it as a shell, or maybe even put the 93 over the SD if the frame is good and everything fits, that I don't know.
My buddy is gonna try to do this to his 95 F150 but he is using an early 90's non-turbo 7.3 idi ... he is gonna have more problems than he is bargaining for too i think.
