I've been taken by Banks in almost every way also! Customer service sux! My disappointment with them to say the least is what lead me to this site so i cant have too much hate, but they could at least include a complimentary bottle of lube with their deals to ease the pain of gettin the shaft!

I just have to say that I applaud the man upness that some have shown here! It is a SHAME and DISGRACE that any sponsor of this forum should be driven away! Some people are so vain that they have to tear someone else down to build themselves up!

driven away? I wouldn't say that.

They have chosen to leave. With any sponsored forum, "sponsors" come and go. While some go out of business, some just "take their ball and go home". I don't know the story of why banks left. Maybe they are leaving other forums as well? I don't know.

Banks left basically because of their 6.4 stuff. They couldnt handle the fact that most of us were defending Spartan and SCT

If you have had good luck/ dealings with them, more power too you, but for those of us that have gotten the runaround every which way, there is no wrong in voicing our opinions from experiences good or bad. That is not your so called "bashing" in my book. Do you make decisions by simply looking at the upside and positive on everything? I should hope not. There are good and bad opinions, dealings etc... with everything in the business world. Better to make an educated, well informed decision based on consumer opinion. It just so happens with the company you mentioned involving members on the ORG that most have seen the downside to this company. In the end a business is only as good as its consumer review, word of mouth by people with hands on experience is the best form of advertisement. If your satisfied, more power too you, jump on the Banks Bandwagon and voice your opinion on the positive side of things
