Electronic Failure Troubleshoot Procedure

In the event of all electronic systems failing or becoming damaged, would it be possible to revert these trucks to a fundamental form of ignition and acheive basic locomotion? I'm thinking the practical answer is no, but thought I would ask anyway in case someone knows for sure...

Be very hard to drive these trucks without the electronics...first think is no physical connection between the throttle pedal and the engine....and it goes downhill from there on manual control
