lift or upgrade suspension

I am needing some input. I cant decide if I want to lift my truck either 4.5 to 6 inch lift, or just upgrade my shocks to fox reservoir shocks. right now I just have a leveling kit but wanting a better ride, could be my mud grapplers that cause the bumpy ride ha. just looking for input on what yall think would be best. I don't really go four wheeling in the truck but it does see mud and rough terrain from time to time.

Mud grapplers? Aren't those Fuel's brand of tires? Anyway, mud terrain tires do seem to worsen the ride quality compared to the stock tires. I think the lift question comes down to how you want the truck to look and how much money you're willing to spend. There are options to improve ride at any ride height. My current 8 inch lift rides better than both my 6 inch lift and 3.5 inch level, but nothing compared to the stock ride quality. The stock ride felt like a sedan driving on the bumpy streets of Houston. I feel every little bump now. I've heard many people advocate lowering tire pressure, but I haven't tried it yet.

What type of lift are you running? And the mud grapplers are nitto
I do like the look of the lifted truck. Just trying to get input. I know it's all basically personal preference on what you want.

The lift is totally up to you but I don't think you will be disappointed in the ride with the Fox shocks. I have a 4" with them and couldn't be happier. I'm actually putting the exact same setup on my 15 as soon as it comes in.

Nitto Mud Grapplers! Duh, I'm an idiot! The Fuel tires are called "Mud Grippers"...

Anyway, I'm running Fabtech's 8 inch 4.0 Coil-Over kit. It rides great up front, but my rear end is lacking because I'm using add-a-leafs right now. I ordered a set of Deaver springs, which should give the truck a plush ride all around. I'll be looking into letting out some tire pressure once I get a feel of those Deavers...

I have a BDS 4" with the fox shocks and dual steering stabilizer. Excellent ride quality for the money in my opinion

Do you have any pictures of your truck with the mud grapplers?
