Ohhh how i do love white letter tires :)

So I did some serious tire testing today so all the guys with dually's listen up My buddy is the manager of a local les schwab and he lined a bunch of tires for me to try this morning. Moral of the story 235/80/17s work but don't fill up the wheel well anymore than stock 275/70/17 looks good but bubbles kind of hard and is nearly the same diameter as stock 245/75/17. 285/75/17 is huge and bubbles really hard even at 70 LBS in the rear I really liked how it so I tested it with the fork lift they had at the shop. Pushing down on the bed till the fork lift nearly started to come off the ground left a light gap in the tires and that's about it which worries me due to most good toy haulers or heavy goosenecks will run up 2 a 3000lb pin weight . Which lead to the last and most expensive tire the BFG in a 255/80/17 fills the wheel well pretty well TONS of room between the duals and doesn't bubble hard and best of all they come with white letters !!

So I snagged a couple pics before I left work tonight for those of you who share the same passion for white walls and white letters

Looks nice man. I wish manufacturers would see that white letters make some vehicles look way better. I've been thinking about getting white letters on my blue metallic but I'm not sure. Your tire guy hookup is so awesome!

I generally don't like OWL, ORWL or RWL tires but, looking at your pictures with the BSW and pictures with your new RWL, gotta say you truck does look better with the raised white letters.
