I've always wondered the same thing and could never find any info on when the best time is. I ordered three weeks ago so I hope there's some rebates in mid august.

All they have right now on the 2015's is a $500 rebate. I still got my truck for like 2.5% under invoice by finding the right dealer. I actually negotiated that over the phone. Called around and spoke to the internet sales managers. Told them I was serious about coming down and ordering. Also told them I didn't need to go down in person to get a price since I was going to order one. When I'd call around I just kept going back and forth until I got someone with the lowest price. I think MSRP for mine came out to $65k. I got it for $58.5 I belive. OTD with taxes, licence, etc, it is about $64. The waiting game sucks. I ordered mine May 29th. Build date isn't even until July 10th. Then who knows how long shipping is going to take.

I understood you can get a $1000 for financing through Ford or is this incorrect?

Yes, that is how i read it. $1000 if you finance along with decent interest rates compared to my bank and credit union.

No, $1,000 cash rebate, has nothing to do with financing. Ford's financing rates are junk.. you can get in the low 2's or high 1's through a credit union. I got 1.24% at 65 months on my explorer in May and 1.74% for 72 months on my F350.

Here are my CU rates as of today

Up to 36 months 1.24% $28.31 per thousand
Up to 48 months 1.24% $21.37
Up to 65 months 1.24% $15.92
Up to 72 months 1.74% $14.64
Up to 84 months 3.24% $13.32

That wasn't the question. I was wondering if you can get the $1000 for financing through Ford. With the rebate, that would make $2000 off of a 2015
