The First Picture you had of your new truck!

Do any of you still have the first picture(s) you saw of your new truck when it arrived at the dealership?

Like many of you, I purchased mine sight unseen. Because it was a 2011 model, I was super excited to own the "new body" style Super Duty.

I had been driving Lexus cars and SUVs for the past 10 years, with the exception of a 2006 Silverado 2500HD Duramax that I had for about 3 months and a 2010 Tundra Limited.

Here are the first pictures I received when they let me know it arrived (3 years ago)

I only had 4 miles on it.... Believe it or not, I've owned it for 3 years (on July 1) and it only has 18k miles. I drive my company car (2014 Ford Fusion) most of the time.

Here's my truck back when it was stock. I look at it now and ask myself, what have I done?

First time I wired up an accessory under the drivers console, I knew it was all downhill.

Look... If you're doing mods or not doing mods, you're in good shape. It's when you start un-doing mods because your new mods don't go with your old mods, now you're in serious trouble. You have reached the brink of insanity. Take me for example..

Only been a month so not much drastic has changed. Tinted front windows, partially plastidipped the f250 fender badge, removed 4X4 decal on bed and vinyl wrapped the bumpers to match the paint.

Thanks. Way better. Now I want what you have though, platinum grill with the surround blacked out. I was gonna have the vinyl guy wrap my surround but I decided to wait on a platinum grill.

How much does Ford charge for a platinum grille? I think the chrome grille would look just as good if you wrapped the inner bars with the same satin chrome finish as the platinum. I wish someone made a grille with two straight bars and no cut-out for the emblem. I would easily ditch my grille for a straight-bar no-emblem one. I think most of them I see are just photo-shopped though..
