Wondering bout the 6.7

I have an 08 6.4 Ccsb kr egr and dpf deleted running on the hot damn tow setting. I was wondering if the 6.7 has any more power potential that I'm not aware of. Drove a buddy's 6.7 deleted and it felt really doggy all through the powerband compared to mine and I'm on a pretty tame setting. I really like the new trucks but if I can't find some more power I'll have to stick with the 6.4 any input would be appreciated guys.

The 6.4 has potential to make more power than the 6.7 right now, period. If that's your only concern about your truck then definitely keep your 6.4.

In virtually every other category, the 6.7 will be better. My truck is a truck, not a race car. So I prefer the improved ride, more comfortable seats, quieter cabin, navigation, etc.

My truck gets used as a truck not a race car. Hence being on the tuners tow setting. It gets worked and under a heavy load it seems that the 6.7 wasn't quite as up to the job compared to my 6.4. I'm not trying to conjure up a slew of smart a** comments. I just wanted to know if the 6.7 had any more to offer in the potential power and torque dept.

If your friends truck was just the canned tunes then there is some more left. I've got some race tunes from kem and there a lot better than the canned h&s tunes
