Warranty question. New ford F-250 owner.

I know there is probably already a tread discussing this but didn't want to search through to find it. I just bought a 2011 lariat f-2 a few day ago, it has55k miles on it and I wanted to go to my local ford dealer and get the extended warranty put on it HOWEVER the truck does have a h&s xrt on it and a exhaust system. Under the hood everything has not been removed yet though. It may just have the h&s plugs in it I haven't looked real close at it yet. But any insight to this would be greatly appreciated. I have owned a dodge and chevy diesel and always wanted a ford and finally have one now and would like to try and get the extended warranty if possible. I was told the exhaust lines had been cut tho. If there is no way to get a warranty and my factory is void I am going to do the full sinister delete under the hood but am worried about the motor as I've heard a few ppl had issues with the glow plug ends breaking off and ruining the motor ? Please forgive my ignorance as I am very new to the powerstroke would. Thanks for reading and any response will be appreciated.

Does it have a different exhaust on it? If not then you can just return the truck to stock with the xrt. Regardless a dealership can now tell that you've had a programmer on it and void your warranty if they want.

Is there any other warranty other than fords that would be available ? The local dealership where I live actually encourages to remove the stuff. It does have a aftermarket exhaust but still has the stock tips so it's possible it may have just had the stuff cut out and replaced with straight pipe but it all looks after market except for the tips

If they encourage it then it wouldn't hurt to ask if they will warranty it if something breaks.

Oh okay well that's good. The motor is ask I would really worry about after its tuned if you're hard on it. My tranny went out at 11k miles but it got covered under warranty. I'm hoping though that the tranny was just a fluke. I think it's just the motor that goes to 100k like you said

I was looking into the 5 year 75k bumper to bumper ford has but if it's not covered there wouldn't be any sense in buying one.
