Front Spring rating

Hey guys, Got a quick question I have been looking at putting a plow on the front of my 2013 F250 King Ranch 4x4 with 6.7. I do not have the SP package. I am trying to figure out which front coil springs I have. I no the SP package comes with 6000 pound springs and the other two options are 5200 or 5600. My door sticker says 5200 but when I called ford and they ran my vin it came back as saying 5600. Am I reading something wrong or did I get a wrong sticker? Can anyone help me out? Also thinking about going with a blizzard 8ft straight blade how while that work on this truck? Thanks
