Update on gelling at 10

My low fuel pressure light was coming on at 10 They said the bottom filter on the frame would not drian so they warmed it up but the filters looked fine no waxing.

They thought I might have over treated my fuel Had a half tank filled it up its 5 outside seams to run fine

This is my first diesel if it was over treated why would that cause low fuel pressure?

I put in 14 gallons of new diesel so I hope I am fine now
