How much more $$$ will a 2015 be????

Just talked to dealer regarding my order for a 14 f350. They said still no allocation spot, poss due to holidays. I ordered the truck hoping to have it by mid March for a big trip down south. Dealer states no prob dropping order if I want to wait for a 15. However I dont know how much more it will cost me to wait. Also the upgrades on the 6.7 look very interesting. I keep my trucks 10 years so I want the best chance of getting the most reliable one. I really dont care about the power increases of the 15, but will it cost me less down the road?? Do you think the 15 will be more reliable than the 14? Im afraid of waiting and then paying alot more for basically the same truck in a few months.

Also I'm getting 10k on incentives on the 14, plus a decent amount for my trade. I'm wondering when the incentives would start on the 15's? Prob not till next fall?? Thanks for any advice.

I find it sad that your spending that kind of cash and having to wait that long for the product. Customer service kinda getting off to a rocky start.

I tossed around the idea of waiting for a 15 for the upgrades but decided to go with a 14 for the incentives, then ultimately ended up finding the 13 i bought on a local lot with all the options I wanted for an awesome price. For me ultimately the end price and time was my biggest issue, I got a really good price on the 13 and got it right away, knowing I will eventually delete and put a different turbo on it, thus making it more like the 15. If your not planning on doing any mods and money isnt an issue the id wait for a 15!

The order acceptance is not even open for the 2015 until Jan. 15th with production starting March 17th.

Just sold my '11 to a private party. Faced with a decision of waiting until April for a '15 or getting a 2014 now .....it was this... In two years I will want a 2016 anyhow with the new complete redesign including the '15 6.7L upgrades. It helped me decide to get the '14 Platinum now and have strong value for a '16 down the road. Good luck.

WOW! You do know that the truck will keep running after the new car smell wears off don't you....

Actually if you don't mind, it seems that you have put a lot of thought into this. What is the method to your madness? Why are you trading so fast?

I'm not sure how much our 14 platinums will be worth if the 16 trucks look awesome and the 2nd gen 6.7 rocks!

Well I had my '11 three years so I wouldn't say that's fast. It was a Job 1 build and in retrospect I wish I would have waited for at least Job 2. No real issues though on the '11. Will certainly do that for the 2016 so I am looking at spring of 2016 for the next one or wait for the '17 depending on their release timing. I had low miles plus the fact the F250 is one the lowest depreciation vehicles on the road today thus I did well.

I'm in the same boat. About to pull the trigger on a 14, then reading info about the 15....makes me wonder!
