Need help with OEM radio replacement

Just purchased a 2011 F250. Is there a way to tell which stock radio WAS equipped when purchased? It was replaced with a I don't know what brand DVD/radio player. Cool, whatever. But now, I have all these other issues. All the buttons on the steering wheel that controls the radio are useless. The sync plugs in the dash don't work and correct me if I'm wrong, the reverse camera is no longer operational. (I'm assuming this is all tied together)
How can I tell if my particular truck was equipped with the NAV radio, or the one step down? This truck, I believe, is the full bells and whistle. Leather heat/cool seats, dual climate, sunroof, factory subwoofer. Thanks in advance.
