fricken wipers

Last week, everytime I would use my window sprayer the wiper would just keep going til you shut the truck off. Now the bugger(being as PC as I can) comes on when you start it and just stays on, as if it was on the first int setting. I think its the switch since it started with the spray button any info?

I agree, since it started with you pushing the washer button. Probably in that assembly.

I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago, but my problem started after I shut the truck off with the wiper switch set in the first intermittent position and the wipers in mid swipe. I tried everything to get them to turn off, but they just kept going just like as if they were set at the first position. finally I tried setting the switch to the first position and waiting for the wipers to go and then turned the truck off just like I did when I started having the problem. they've worked normally ever since.
