First time Ford owner

I just traded my 2013 Ram 2500 CTD 4x4 on a 2014 F250 Lariat 4x4, loaded out, very impressive vehicle .... I'm tucking my tail and getting ragged by friends who knew I was never a ford supporter till now...Now to the good stuff, drove the truck home and the next day it died on me and would not restart called the dealer they agreed to send someone to pick up the truck.... after several attempts it started and I drove straight to the dealer where they scanned it and found 20+ codes and new nothing about any of them... So they reset the computer and said they have to send these codes in to ford ....now all confidence is gone this is just my luck....If they come back with a lame excuse I want a new truck or at least an extended warranty to reassure my purchase....truck only had 69 miles on it... will post pics later
sorry if this came off wrong kinda frustrating to go thru this on a brand new 60,000$ vehicle ....it is baddazz tho!!!!
Thx Dusty

Wow! With 20+ codes I would think a buyback from ford would be in your future. I'd demand a new truck.

Why'd you trade the ram?

The ram had no power and would knock the fillings outta your mouth...Turbo lag was real bad I guess when u get out of 06 cummin with straight pipe and a Smarty s06 programmer most stock trucks would be a let down

I have an 06 cummins with a straight pipe and cold air intake, and man do I love my truck. I have never had anything really wrong with it either, it's been very reliable.

Ford trucks are very reliable too. Seems like you just got a bad egg. Like I said before, I'd push for a buyback.
